We were just completely outplayed in all 3 departments of the game, kudos to the Jets gameplan they executed superbly especially on the defensive side of the ball



I hate losing especially to rivals but fair play the best team won and deservedly so, I have said all year that anything we do with this young D would be a bonus,of course I would have loved to go all the way but we will be back next year better than ever and more experienced*

The are not announcing it until 2 days before the SB which I find odd, I guess they will be counting the play-offs now aswell? which gives Sanchez a good chance if it's the case.

Rodgers has been immense.

Not half, if he can keep it up for the next 2 games the Packers can win the SB easily which will be a huge achievement with the amount of players on IR!

I've said all season that we weren't a 13-3 team by any stretch of the imagination (having Carolina twice and the NFC West on the schedule distorted results IMO) and that our defense was the achilles heel.

We didn't make enough plays when we had the opportunity to do so, and it's definitely an area that needs addressing in free agency.

This is what was annoying me throughout the season. The Bucs were getting no love at all for how we were playing yet you and the Saints were. We had pretty much the same schedule apart from a couple of games or so.

I wouldn't be too down Andy. Whilst you may not think your 13-3 record was a true reflection of your strength neither was Green Bay's 11-5 a true reflection of theirs. They're a very good team on both sides of the ball and the more knowledgeable amongst us have been predicting them as NFC champs since the start of the season



You need a few playmakers, more on defence than offence but you're not a million miles away unlike, say, the Redskins.



Also, had your defenders made plays when they had Rodgers in the grasp several times things might've been different. I'm struggling to recall a more dominant QB display in a playoff game than Rodgers gave to be honest.

The beauty of the NFl. It recognises the need for parity, for every team to have every chance of being champs any year. The poorer teams are given every advantage to close the gap.

Of course, poor teams like the Redskins often don't take advantage of those opportunities and remain poor year after year.

At least you have a glorious history to look back on - I don't even have that.
