First 15mins of second half he was tackling everything, linked up well with Hurrell and lead from the front. Exactly what a captain needs to do to lift the team and it did.

Never a Captain in a million years he's not consistent enough good enough & has zero leadership to make game changing calls/plays.

They all stepped up for that period, after an obvious kicking at half time. Captains should be leading from the front without a kicking,

Even in the dark days of 2016 and 2018 I have rarely been so fecked off. Ferres should be nowhere near the team, let alone be skipper. The second row pairing with Sutcliffe is woeful. Cam Smith will make mistakes, but there is a future in there. No grunt, so Parcell's game is nullified. Half backs? Don't get me started. Konrad is NOT a centre. He can't pass or make space. Sad to see JJB making up the numbers. Sinny has to carry some of the can for this. Giving contract extensions to him, Cuthbo and Ablett is bonkers and smacks of jobs for the boys. The hardest thing to take is the lack of spirit and fight (with a few exceptions). We didn't deserve to be ahead, but we were 8 points clear in a must win game........and couldn't see it out. Utter garbage.

They were bizarre. I’ve not seen such an odd performance from a ref before. All of London’s points came off the back of kicks and all those kicks were in a set gained from a ridiculous penalty. Sometimes back to back penalties that got London out of being penned in their own 30m.

Leeds were poor in the first half but that refereeing is inexcusable. We’re a bit cr&p. But we shouldn’t have to overcome the reffing as well. His reffing totally changed the momentum in the second half.

Don't think we can blame the ref too much. There were bad calls on both sides. The ref was usually 12m or so back so players were inside though in front of ref. The penalties given for rolling the ball into the tackler me off though. Not the refs fault. About time we decided to stop doing it to win a cheap pen. Leeds were just crap. End of.

Oh come on we were absolute rubbish,playing a Championship side and made them look half decent,we should be putting 40 points past rubbish like that.

FFS! Please don't even try and start blaming the ref for that abject rubbish that the team served up tonight. It is a rudderless and leaderless collection of players and not a team.

I agree the main issue was Leeds poor performance especially in the first half. However some of those decisions were ridiculous as was the decision not to penalise the frequent holding down and not square at marker from London. Then the penalties he gave against us in the 2nd half totally reversed the momentum we had built up. We didn’t get that same benefit. It’s also a frustration compounded by recent games where the reffing has been less than fair to us.

We played well for about 15-20 mins. The other 60 mins was bottom 3 material.

I’d be interested to see the penalty count. I’ m not sure about the walker try he disallowed for obstruction. First half very poor, second half far more effort and thought they were quite unlucky to lose, all 3 tries from kicks and some quite bizarre.

Having said that we have little resilience or composure and did not close it out.
It was grim watching in general. There is nothing worse than watching a player who has been a great servant go on too long, i fear it’s going to be very sad seeing much more of JJB

Bottom 3 is wildly optimistic on recent evidence. 2nd bottom would be a bonus. We really are that bad.

The team has gone backwards since McDermott left. That may not go down well on here ,as he seems to get blamed for pretty much everything by some posters, but it is true. We went backwards when Sinfield came in last season and have shown no improvement this season bar a purple patch at Saints.
To early to get the knives out for Furner, but you do worry when hi is an unproven coach. If this was the early days of a coach like Powell I would be more confident that he could turn it around.
