Didn't have anyone who had a bad game. Special mention for me to Mags. Not always been his biggest fan this year but thought he had a good game as did all our pivots.

Briscoe has been getting bagged for a while now on here but didn't let anyone down today and does a job BJB is not capable of doing. Our back 3 cart it up and gain big yards and win collision giving our pack a well deserved breather.

Again for me the Clark for MOS was delt a blow today, did not perform on the big stage.

Lastly I would love to know what Dorn said to Sinny a few weeks ago when sinny got sent off. He seemed to get some special treatment from our team. Peacock smashed him in the opening minutes.

Speaking of Dorn. Are the 2 or 3 meters her moves off the mark every time he plays the ball included in his meters gain stats? It's about time this law was enforced, Cas are especially guilty of it.

I think he shoots himself in the foot as it's clear he is trying to milk something. But he did get some special treatment today. (Most of it legal apart from baileys high hit).

I agree with most of the comments on here but would like to add that I thought the ref & his touchjudges (one very hard to spot forward pass apart) had excellent games.
They were helped by the discipline of both times (Dorn apart) very little high stuff, no OTT messing about at the play the ball & a decent 10 metres that we nullified for them due to our outstanding line speed.
Cas scarcely got into our half in their sets of 6 whereas we were nearly always kicking on the 6th tackle from well within their half.
We used the hive to park & I availed myself of their oyster card offer which all worked very well.
All in all the day could not have gone any better.

The focus and determination by this Leeds team produced a top notch performance. Very enjoyable to see as fan, particularly the celebrations at the end in front of the fans.I don’t want to mention the double/treble in case I jinx it. Oops too late. I think the peanut dish may just be out of reach, since we are relying on Stains results going for us, but with an attitude like yesterday anything is possible. Cas and the officials played their part ,but thought Cas were a mile offside in closing down Sinny’s first drop goal opportunity.
It’s especially great to be a Rhino this morning .I just, I can’t spake.

This infringement does my head in. Tackled players sometimes gets up and leans forward 2 -3 meters and plons the ball down before playing it.Its made even worse when the dopey ref then blows for a penalty for not standing square when the two defending players have got up and set up on the correct mark only for the attacker to have stepped sideways and forward from where they were tackled. I cant remember the last time this was penalised.

Sir Kevin deserves his usual big wraps, but he gets an extra helping for his conversions, none of which were easy.
I'm fairly certain I could hear the entire Cas portion of the crowd saying 'Oh, for f***'* sake!' when that last one went in off both uprights.

Least minutes of anyone in the squad with a shade under 12 minutes, I'd say 10 tackles, with several other assisted tackles is pretty decent, thats about 2 tackles per defensive set. 2 carries is low, but in a game where the forwards didn't carry a massive amount of ball our backs were making approximately half of the carries in a set I have no issue with a low number.

I'm sure he'd have liked more minutes, which may explain his muted appearance at the end (If so, the whilst no Matt Adamson style sulk, it could be seen as unprofessional), but with Peacock doing a big stint, and Bailey looking quite strong, Kirke's place in the sqaud would show he'd get small minutes

Obviously his 12 minutes were of such a standard that McDermott thought he needed someone else on the field.

Hold on? What right have you to bag a champion like Kirke. Great squad player would be captain at a $hithouse club like yours.

No wonder Kirke looked so sheepish about lifting the cup. Surprised he didn't ask Peacock to do it for him.

Why the animosity, Bullseye is right, 12 mins in a game is a strange contribution and even more so in a final but it's not the first time McDermott has baffled us with his use of subs.

I noticed kirkes first drive got us 0 meters after two good runs from our backs.

If you are going to be theoretical about Kirkes place in the Bulls squad it would be better to guess his use to the Bulls 2003ish squad and not the current one.

I'm sure that Kirke did exactly what his coach asked him to do ie sub JP for the 10 or so minutes he was off the field.
From recollection one tackle he did do was a one on one on Clarke who otherwise could have made one of his trademark darts from dummy half & who knows what that could have led to?

I’m not sure what the Bulls have to do with this discussion. You’re sensitivity about Kirke suggests you’re not convinced by him either.

I have a problem with a bulls fan slagging a players contribution from another club (a champion player at a champion club) after the performances they have turned in this season and many more since 2003.
