There is an argument that making fun of ginger hair is rooted (pun unintended) in anti-Celtish feeling, as red-hair is ore prevelant in Celtish folk.

However, there has never been any laws made in this country forbidding red-heads from having the same rights as other folk, therefore to compare it to prejudice based on skin colour is wrong.

It was noticeable that Graham left his mouthguard in when shaking Bailey's hand at the end of the match.

Actually it is PC. Calling someone fat or stupid isnt right if you think about it logically .. nor is any name designed to cause offense. Name calling in Rugby is used as a windup(sledging) , a way to put a player off his game, get him to strike out etc etc , it happens in all levels. The fact that someone dares to mention the colour of someones skin is no more or less offensive than the size of there waist or indeed the colour of there hair. The only people it's more offense too are PC morons who have nothing better to do.
