I disagree. I would love for Leeds to win the CC and obviously the Leeds players were targeting it this year.

HOWEVER I stand by my point that both teams were poor yesterday. Huddersfield didn't have a clue at all. The match was one of the worst ones I have seen this season, and did nothing to advertise RL on a national scale.

It wasn't a superb game, but it was far from a poor match imo. Would off been alot better if Huddersfield had not dropped as much ball as they did.



Had high hopes for the second half, but Warrington scored first and that was that really.



I now wonder how both teams will fare in the play offs.

He didn't need time studying. Just had to watch Boots n All from Wednesday and Paul Cullen made it clear as day how to beat the Huddersfield defence system. Smith played exactly that way.

Managed to squeeze it in between his 20 minute lecture on marker defence did he?

Shows just what a good coach he is after us winning after 32 years and now Wire after a long spell

Said it before and I’ll say it again.



IMO Tony Smith is the best coach in Super League. Winning the CC doesn’t really surprise me. I said at the start of the season that Wire, with a decent coach, could be a formidable team.



They will be there or there abouts next season – mark (or bookmark if you’re really sad) my words.

I always knew he would turn Wire round. I expect them to go from strength to strength.

He's done a great job to take wire to the cup final and win but their league place suggests it's gonna take a lot longer and more money to turn them into title contenders.

Wait till Sinny signs that will help them.

I wonder if we'll have a subset of Wire fans claiming that this win is really down to Cullen........

I`m not sure off the top of my head but we`ll soon find out if Leeds win it as Keith will have it on ebay within 2 days.
