From a Cas point of view it was a fantastic game and Leeds were outplayed for 70mins of the game apart from the dubious yellow card Cas received.

Sme big hits in the game and a good old battle on a soaking pitch. Handling errors lost it for Leeds today, your defence held us out on at least 20sets of 6 which is the only positive you can take from the game.

What utter b***ocks, outplayed my arris this game could have gone either way not too disappointed tbh, conditions a great leveller, lot of disruption amongst the rhinos throughpout the game, hardaker knocked out by dubious chase tackle, oh and the run and swing windmill coward punch from chase, a few weeks of me thinks, without him you are nowt enjoy the win there wont be that many.

they deserved the win, they wanted it more. a few dubious decisons went tigers way but we werent good enough

I counted 4 consecutive sets from Leeds where we knocked on - I don't know if anyone was counting the handling errors but it would surprise me if the game's total exceeded 50.

TBF Chase was being a little runt in the latter half of the game although he did set up a sublime try in the first half.

I've seen players take a 10 minute spell for less than we saw from "Rang" (as the bloke behind me kept shouting) this prevning.

Without doubt there is no more smug, arrogant or mean-spirited group of suporters than the Loiners. Always someone else's fault when you lose. At least your coach accepted defeat with good grace.

Arrogance is a lovely thing when it bites you

On the game we didn't deserve to win, they wanted it more, conditions didn't help but that should not have been a factor such is the depth in ability.

Kirke, you would have thought after dropping the ball and given Cas the first chance at a drop goal with 5 minutes to go he would have been a bit more careful the next time but no!! would not play for several weeks for me after that.

JJB - he is a passenger a very pale imitation of the player he once was - I know all those from Stanningley will say he was marking Chase if he was he failed to lay a finger on him most of the afternoon.

I would like to see Chase's hit on Hardaker again in slo-mo.

Poor game played in poor conditions but credit Cas they rolled their sleeves up and got the win. A very sub-standard ref and chase should have seen red but we were not at the races today some very poor performances even allowing for the conditions. One bright point tho thought P McShane showed up well pity the other forwards didn't.

Yup, you need to ride out the decisions, although in close games they are enough to swing it; but regardless the composure in ball handling wasn't there today.

I imagine Chase will get a ban for the challenge which Roby decided was just a "knock on". Which is mildly irritating given how different it would be had he not been on the pitch. But to win big prizes you need to cope with adversity. That's been how Leeds have approached the past two finals series and it's how we have to view today as well. We didn't cope well enough with the challenges posed by the lack of replacements, the ref and the rain and lost. Disappointing but there were still some positives to be taken.
