I’m not sure it would be an A for effort, but better effort than last week, however we look so poor in terms of shape, control and discipline that it’s hard to see what they are working on through the week...

Agar is like Steve Bruce. Mediocre, but the media love him because he's a decent bloke. Both working for owners who don't want to invest in the playing squad.

Covid came at a bad time for us. We was going well at that stage. Few injuries n weve lost momentum but the effort was there 2nite. We didnt deserve that score in my opinion but we wasnt good enough with the ball. Discipline, handling errors n last tackle plays cost us.

I thought when Kev came back and said how the club was at that stage it would take at least 3 years to turn it around, I always thought this year we would probably lose more than we win, but start to make improvements, thats why Im not concerned... yet

Sloppy, ill disciplined, and unfit. Lots of effort, but there's no plan. Too many players receiving the ball standing still. Newman will be some player if he can learn to run a straight line.
