Because the wording makes it sound significantly worse than what actually happened - I don't actually know where the suggestion any risk to the head or neck has come from (I didn't even recognise the incident so had to go back and rewatch the timestamp given), he is marginally late, but its hard to say as it wasn't picked up by the TV, so there are no slow mo replays, but looked completely innocuous, and Hurrell hit the Hull player in the belly/ hip region.

I know that. But what we have at centre now is abysmal ((bar Newman who is always injured)

Hurrell would make zero difference.
He would still be stood with his hands on his knees after chasing shadows, or punching the floor after losing posession.
He doesn't have to do that at Saints.

I have more of an issue with us not replacing Hurrell and existing to cover a centre position with Sutty or Briscoe……

I was prepared to give Sutty a chance - but 5 games in and I've changed my mind. He's not up to it.

We do seem to have young promising talent that has regular injury problems - Newman, Walker, Holroyd.
They're super talents, but simply can't stay fit.

Reported Hurrell is going back to the NRL for next year.
Seems pretty inexplicable how he'd get a contract back there but perhaps Wayne Bennett can do something with him that all other coaches to date haven't. Or graft some adhesive onto his hands.

Turning out to be a decent signing for us given the injuries to Grace/Hopoate so far and now the likelihood of Hopoate being full back for the rest of the season with Welsby to 6/7 given Dodd's injury.

I would be a good signing for Saints as you are miles ahead of the rest of the rabble and could cope with my faults as you do with Konnys

Hurrell is a quality player. Think it’s unfair to say he is only looking good because he’s at Saints.

He's a decent player with good attributes, and poor attributes. The poor parts to his game can be more afforded in a good team

We still propagating the myth that Hurrell was somehow a bad signing for Leeds? Have you watched our other big money signings?

He was a great signing for Leeds. But Leeds weren't in the best place to utilise him properly. How we'd kill for his go forward or impact close to the line.

He's still a limited player though. A better team like saints can play him to his strengths, and be able to better cover his mistake

Think more but player most games for us over the three years. For our standards that’s outstanding!
