What exactly is Barrie's role as Head of Youth Development?? Couldn't he take a more lead role in the U20's and be more a part of the backroom match day staff?
Just thought I'd throw his name into the mix seen as people seem to be suggesting people with little or no coaching experience.
Plus his name matches so it only seems right. Think of the money we'd save on printing!! "B Mc"

Don't get me wrong, I am not saying he should be first choice. But having someone there who knows the systems should be a positive compared to nobody at present?  |

A very good coach IMO is Gary
He is a very knowledgeable coach who is well up to date with SL coaching, he did a fantastic job at Batley and under tight salary restraints, his man-management skills are also very good
I would love him in charge of our u20's, as that is where i believe he would be most beneficial to our club at present
Isn't he still under contract at the Tigers though? |

I would suspect there are a few in the Leeds dressing room who have become used to the cosy, arm around the shoulder approach of McLennan whose egos are in for a bit of a wake-up call.
Those in particular who whinged about Tony Smith's man-management style might be wishing they had him back...
