yeah tomorrow is probably different as its an actually contest. I went when Leona Lewis won it. Only liked Ray Quinn voice wise really!

I'm glad that someone else thinks that she is not all that good, I thought it was just me - she just goes through the motions, with no emotion and didn't even sing very well last night, if she was the turn in a working mens club she wouldn't be back on after the bingo.

She wasn't that good last night, but with the hysteria after her first performance she was always going to get through, and the fact the only other act in the semi final who was likely to get through was Diversity then its hardly a shock she got through - they could have not bothered with the show and gone straight to the results really!

She's still going to win it though isn't she?

Personally, I think singing acts shouldn't be allowed to enter. There are loads of competitions for singing acts.

Unfortunately with the media hype I think Susan Boyle will win even if she isnt the best act.

I think so. What the program illustrates to me is that most of britain doesn't have any showbiz talent, and those that do have either gone somewhere in the business, or have not been driven enough to go somewhere in the business, so end up on a show like this

it's all a pile of e for brain dead morons to sit,watch and vegitate. that includes my mrs and the kids!

Watching Susan Boyle last night she is very very clever and playing the british public very well. She knows what she's doing and in between making the whole story up about being never kissed and that she then tries to act stupid like starting to walk of stage after her name is called or doing a stupid dance etc. Best way to get the sympathy vote really!

I thought at the start of the song she was awful, but when she got into it she wasn't too bad. The two street dance groups are head and shoulders above the rest imo.

My mum said exactly the same thing earlier. It'll never happen. What if they didn't accept singers and missed out on a real gem? Cowell's too smart to let that happen.

I think she's already won it. She's massive in the States already.

but what is it about her that is so appealing to them? I'm hoping the voters believe in all the media hype and become a bit complacent and don't vote believing she's safe.

They'll turn up on X factor or fame acadamy, or don't forget the lyrics or some other cheap to make carbon copy minute talent praising cr@p that we call 'entertainment' in this country.
