For the last few years I've felt a strange temptation to go for a run on Christmas morning. I haven't, and have usually not run for a week or two over Christmas, as theres too much to do or I've had too much beer or food.

I'm cooking all the food ahead of the day (over the next few weekends) so no problem there and wont be drinking so i may manage it this year.

i don't drink but i have to get out of the house, it gets claustraphobic
