Oldezki, Smith and Holroyd got young and big bodies so should be able to back up after last night. I think we'll have enough to see off Cas Monday I hope and hopefully squad will be in good shape for two games against Wakey at end of next week.

Mixing and matching will probably result in losses. I think the 17 v Cas picks itself. See Jrrhinos selection, with maybe the exception of A. Sutcliffe making the bench. Cuthbertson is done.

Would agree this is currently our strongest 17.

Don’t know what to expect from us. It’s still not a big rest to Monday from the CC final. It’s only like a Friday to Sunday rest in a usual SL fixture.

Cas are dragging us into a dogfight and were not concentrating on playing rugby

Leeds will win this by two scores. Smith was dumb but he’s 21 and will make mistakes. We need to keep moving them round the park, then the extra man will come into effect.

Plus points: Cas have had a hell of a lot of D to do that half which will take its toll, they look gassed (apart from Eden who was fresh as a spring daisy!).

Can’t remember the last time I’ve seen so many decisions go for us. Some dodgy ones.

Just a little but flat from us, which I expected. If we hold on to the ball second half Cas will run out of steam with 12 men.

Still annoyed Holroyd isn’t in this side, but they are having to split their big men across these fixtures.

We started poorly, ended badly but have controlled it for most part.

Fairly even these two teams, think the ref has given us the vast majority of the calls, need to improve in the second half.

Smith isnt the main one at fault its Briscoe with the wild offload to nobody. Average kick no doubt but you can defend that out and not go for broke. The whole mentality of the play summed up that half.
