Speaking as a wigooner.. Wire fans have become a pain in the ass with their arrogance. We have many Saints fans post regularly on our board, and you can be assured of good banter and disagreement... But the Wire fans are just a total pain. Looking forward to a great game next week....

Feel exactly the same about the knuckledragging, bathdodging mouth breather that got in my face at the DW Piedome and told me in no uncertain terms that Wogan were going to win the CC and SL trophy this year and we were going to win F--- all.

And whilst I do recognise the vast majority of all fans are good humoured, respectful and of sound mind and character, this one was just a touch out of order and clearly looking for a tussle.


Just realised I spelt Wigan wrong, but kept it in because it looked funny - Just imagine Terry Wogan Buying the club and changing the name to Wogan Warriors.

I think the OP was referring to a conversation in Edinburgh her dad had with etc etc. So I think behaviour on boards is a sub topic, and that she wasn't able to post a timely retort on the warrington forum. I merely concurred that similar behaviour happened to me at your establishment.

I can't say for certainty about the education of our fans, but happens they are.

if we are all being honest games between the top 4 or 5 are generally very close to call
sometimes its a bit of luck that swings a game certain ways which makes leeds win at wigan even better as we didnt get any

All top flight opposition,all 4 beaten away from home,I think we deserve a little more credit than you seem willing to give us! Leeds,quality opposition that they are were thrashed by warrington 30-6 in this years final,it wasn't even close! I met some gracious leeds fans at the end of the game(a small minority in leeds shirts were actually still in the ground at full time)and they admitted that they could not live with us on the day! So for THOSE leeds fans,I hope you win the grand final. I can't see past another Leeds V Saints final,with another Leeds win. Leeds have peaked at the right time,our peak was the cup final,which was to early for grand final glory. I hope next year Warrington don't bother defending the cup and go for the super league title instead. It's a big ask for a team to win both trophies,and I am more than happy with our success in the challenge cup recently. Time to concentrate on the other one!

Think you better check the history books.

St Helens have won more SL Titles than any other club [size=50(although it's 4 apiece with Leeds in Grand Final terms)[/size so to liken Warrington to them is being way too generous to the Wire.
