| Am I the only one who thought that Bailey was massive tonight. Took loads of drives up, and was really giving it to them in defence.
Hats off to the lad. Thought he's had a really good play-off series

No, I think he means exactly what he wrote, which is why he wrote it.

| He has had a very good second half of the season - his control of the PTB is unmatched and unrecognised by virtually everyone outside of this site.
He made a significant impact when he entered the fray - Peacock apart he was as good as any forward on the field

| I agree. I have given Bailey plenty of stick this year but he has really performed well in the 2nd half of the season.

| In the top 5 performers on the pitch last night IMO. Big game from the fella certainly reassured me that this guy has more of a role to play than simply winding up the opposition causing them toi lose the plot.

| I'm his biggest critic, I'd have him in the office this morning asking where he has been for 2 years, on time played last night he was minute for minute man of the match.
Lets hope he kicks on, would be like a new signing next year.

| Absolutely. Bailey was immense. Far, far better quality of performance than Graham and, Peacock aside, the best forward on the pitch.
Still, don't believe your eyes Leeds fans, remember what we keep getting told. He, like many other of our players, is really quite rubbish.
Also, Luke Burgess was very, very impressive as well.
Anyone know who got his boots when he flung them into the cheap seats?

| There are a lot of big words being banded about. I must say I didn't notice him at all until the last minute when he was squaring up to a 4ft teenager.
It'll be interesting to check his stats to see if he was as 'immense' as is being made out.

I don't know if he ran the ball in more times than Graham. I do know that when we called upon him he won all the collisions in his drives, putting Leon and one other of your players who tried to tackle him (forgotten who) on their backsides.

I understand you lot feeling pleased today but that's ridiculous. What exactly do you base your judgement of quality of performance on exactly?
If anything Saints pack was better than Leeds for large parts of the game we certainly never had trouble making the hard yards. We just don't have any backs or attacking moves to worry anyone so failed to capitalise on the territory.

You were not watching that game properly mate.
The Leeds forwards competely and utterly outplayed the saints forwards last night.
Your backs on the other hand, but for the half backs probably had the edge. But in the forwards we killed you.
Baily was far superior to any prop you had on the pitch last night.

So Bailey was better than Graham and Puletua last night? Not in a million years.
Your pack wasn't vastly superior as you make out. The game was incredibly even up to the 70 th minute the 1 point gap tells you that.

Bailey was far superior to both players. Puletua was probably the worst of the props on the pitch. Graham concentrated too much on containing his childish aggression and it effected his game.
Leeds forwards were far more in control of that game that the Saints pack. I thought the Leeds backs were pretty poor and Saints looked more dangerous there. At half back however you were again outplayed, which to me was on the back of a dominant forward performance.

so your pack and half backs dominated us yet you only managed such a slender win because outside backs were so good? Laughable! Puletua had a fine game as did Graham.

You keep kidding yourself then mate.
Graham is a terrific player and I too wont hold it against him. But last night he was not effective in the slightest. Flannery was your best forward by a country mile, no one else in your pack came close.

You cannot seriously believe that your pack was that much better than ours? Seriously? You honestly believe Bailey had a better game than either Graham or Puletua?
Leeds deserve the win and your legacy as triple champions, but you shouldn't completely write off the performance and effort put in by Saints pack. If we had a set of backs who weren't all retards we would of won the game.

Just because they didn't convert the possession into points doesn't mean they weren't dominant.
Anyone with an ounce of RL knowledge would know that.
