I wouldnt have a problem with residency if say someone came to England aged 10 then played for England aged 25 but for 5 years to be enough is a bit of a joke.

Nobody is as bad as the Scottish RFU for this, at one time the team was 50% Kiwi. I know a lot of Sweaties immigrated out there but I struggle to see how that makes you eligable. Being unable to be selected for your actual national team because you are not good enough is no reason to then be allowed to be selected for a country that's got a crap team.
