watching the game today showed how inconsistent refs are and touchjudges seem to be as much use as an ashtray on a motobike wen 14 for salford started rolling i thnk it was ablett towards touch after being tackled nothing was done yet last week ablett was sin binned for this

also wen jonesys try was created sinfield was in front of the play the ball yet the try was givin as he was played on side yet last week as well the same happened with webb, burrow played him onside yet he was classed as "offside"

can any 1 explain this.

the only thing i could pull was getting us for offside at the kick off,which happens most games and two salford players doing what ablett did last game and not even a penalty given.

That said, we could have got every decision going today and we'd still have lost. We were dire. Salford were sharper and more enthusiastic. We were embarassingly bad including gifting them two intercept tries. Hopefully we're saving ourselves for the play offs!!

I enjoyed correcting many moaning s today who seemed to take it upon themselves to moan from the 1st minute for the sake of it. Annoyed me that much I had a big outburst at everyone around me which shut them up for a bit

Not for the reason I would have penalised Ali for but he penalised him for kneeing out when getting up.

I thought Child did well today, only one thing went unnoticed which was a kick down Leeds' right into the corner of North & West and one of our players was held back. Apart from that there is nothing to complain about imho.

The ref was a kid making his debut today I understand (seen him run the line many times).

Taking this into account his performance eclipsed that of many of our veteran and international players.

I agree. It's very easy to blame the referee when the team plays poorly.

The ref was clearly the reason why we lost the Salford and Bradford games. How you can blame the players or the coach is beyond me.

He missed the tackles.

He threw the interception passes.

He showed nothing in attack.

His kicking game was crap.

Exactly. We got exactly what we deserved today and sadly it's been coming all season.
Nevertheless McLennan will still see something positive in our performance.
I thought the referee had a decent game, better than any of our players.
Not that that was hard to achieve.

weather perfect,ref giving a good 10 metres(to both sides)what did we do,one man rugby up the middle.very few times did we throw the ball out wide.salford did just that ,for me a well deserved win

I thought the ref did a good job tbh, much better than some of the other full time refs.

Maybe if the players spent more time concentrating on the game rather than waving their hands about try to get a penalty then we might do a bit better.
