How many fingers and toes did he have?

A very close friend of mine died last week from a very aggresive brain tumour, he was a big LUFC supporter and season ticket holder since the 1970's.

Three weeks ago some of the lads managed to wangle him a place in a private box at ER for the Yeovil 4-0 game, organsed help and transport from Wheatfields for him in an operation that the British Army would have been proud of.

Now I know that the ex-players are paid to smooze the clients in the private boxes but Clarkey and Reaney went far beyond the call of duty in making my mates last game at ER a very special night, especially Allan Clarke who sat and talked for an hour or so with him, treating him like an old friend and snaffling some gifts for him to take back to the hospice - its impossible to put in words what it meant to my mate, simply impossible.

I think we can still get into the top two, but its a tough ask, as were not even secured a play off spot yet, i would hope so.

5th place at the moment Leeds are, with a game in hand over Peterborough who are 2nd, 10 points clear than Leeds.
Results have to go our way aswell..

Colchester (Away), Leyton Orient (Away), Stockport (Home), Leicester (Away), Tranmere (Home), Hartlepool (Away), Northampton (Home).

Some really tough games in there... Tranmere, Leicester.
All the other games however i can see us winning.

Leeds need to make sure we have Beckford for all games, as i can see him getting at least 40 goals for the season altogether.

If we dont get automatic promotion, i am sincerely hoping for a Millwall - Leeds play off final.

i honestly can't see leeds getting in the top 2,they have come into a bit of form but have left it a bit too late to pinch an automatic promotion place the top 2 would ave to drop too many points. i reckon peterbourgh will win the division as leicester seem to be having a little choke at the wrong time. i'd like to see a leeds vs mk dons final (providing we don't meet them in the play-offs of course).

If southampton go bust and cant finish the season there is the possibility that only 2 will go down from the Championship.

That means only 2 up from League 1.

If Southampton dropped ot altogether it would mean 2 down and three up

someone will have to replace Saints though wont they?

If Southampton lose at the weekend and get a 10 point deduction on Monday they are relegated anyway.

Also if Charlton lose at the weekend they are relegated

Only there for 8 games according to the local rag. Besides its not as if "the messiah" will be blamed even IF they lose all of the next 8 anyway theres plenty of guys to blame for that one.
