Starting this thread with less than 10 left and the game in the balance is a bit odd.

3 of those haven’t played this season, and 3 more have played 1 game (or less). I don’t know if that means we are unlucky, or they’re just not fit enough to ride out the knocks you’d expect. For Each injured player you can make a case for their inclusion, but the simple fact is they haven’t played.

I thought Holroyd was supposed to be back 2 weeks ago?

Is anyone else getting the Samaritans advert on here a lot at the moment? Seems a bit ironic.

Has tindal ever played full back. Would like to see him get more of the ball. If not Sutcliffe fb and cam Smith in halves? Not sure young Sinfield would be ready. Lots of development in him before a regular first teamer

Tindall is dreadful under the high ball, he'd get exposed at FB

The last thing this team needs is Smith at half back - his ability to way up situations is far two slow for him to play 6 or 7. The only way Leeds don't win last night is to give a penalty away on the last set - so Smith does just that!!! For a kid who was supposed to be the next Ellery what has happened? - the development at Leeds of young players is truly shocking.

Agree 100%. There's a load of debate about the quality of signings but questions ought to be asked about standards elsewhere in the club. We seem to produce a fair number of SL standard players but very few to a top 4 club standard. And as for spine positions...

Has there been an update on Holroyd?

Must have had a setback as was supposed to be ready for the Saints fame, now not even being mentioned…..

I reckon it will be Handley at FB, Briscoe back on the wing, Broadbent in at centre and Sutcliffe back in the halves with Austin

JJB says Sutcliffe is exceptional with the ball in his hands wherever he plays! Maybe thats why his passing is so poor if hes exceptional at holding it!

Not by the sound of the press conference stating they'll do some work with sutcliffe at full back.

He`ll keep Sutcliffe FB, Mellor centre and Leeming in the halves with Dwyer at 9.

Broadbent did well last season and he can do well again. Hes still young.

Agree. He could well benefit from the arrival of a new coach, in the same way that some of the old guard might find life a lot tougher.

Hes better on the wing than Tindall also.
