In an unfair, weird season, Catalan have only played 4 games out of 8 v Saints, Wigan, Wire and us and only won the game where we played the reserves.

It's going to be an interesting meeting and decision whether they stick with top 4 or extend it. Moot point for us really

Are we still playing Cas Friday? Im not entirely sure how it all works and I dont think anyone is but havent our 4 players had to isolate for 14 days due to the 13 positive tests at Cas ruling them out until Tuesday after next? Is it different if you actually test positive, ie shorter timescale because youve actually got it. Meaning Cas will have all those players back, if they test negative. Or are they all out for 14 days also, in which case, Cas squad isnt big enough to play is it?

No confirmed games for us so unlikely to get in the top 4 , but Catalans also not confirmed to reach 15 games. The whole end of season "structure" could change on Tuesday, so who knows?

4 more positives at cas, which takes their total to 16. Something has gone badly wrong there.

Still it gives us a rest, so might work as a positive. It's unfair to have Catalans qualify over us when they've not played the 15 games. It's unfair for them not to qualify due to postponement of games.

Should they just cut the season now, week off for everyone, then start a top 5 playoff? Just to the gap between us and 6th, don't think 6th can really complain, probably the fairest way to reconcile the current situation and the games will be more or less the same overall for sky.

Top 5 would be my choice.

Losing next 2 games as it stands would put them below us. Obviously this changes if we play and lose anymore.

Hes having surgery on his wrist. Something hes played with for a while and why he didnt get picked for Wembley. Agar said he was practically playing with one arm recently.

3 out of 4, and that's if we beat Wigan. We were never going to beat Wigan 2 days after playing Castleford though. Minor blessing in disguise.

No guarantees they won't rearrange our Friday game or some of Catalans games get cancelled though. First things first we need Salford to beat Catalan tonight.

Leeds currently have one more fixture.

If we win, we end up on 61.1% but if we lose we finish on 55.5%.

Catalans are currently on 61.5% with three games to go. If they don't win any of there remaining games they finish on 50%, if they win 1 they finish on 56.2%. If they win 2 they finish on 62.5% and if they win all three remaining games they finish on 68.7%.

This all obviously changes if not all the fixtures get played albeit as it stands we need to beat Wigan to stand a chance of the play offs.

I expect Saints to beat them. That should put the pressure on them. We'll needs Hudds to do us a favour. Can't see KR beating them.

HKR confirming their Season is done due to Covid.

Im hearing Saints won’t travel and forfeit the game with them and Hull KR dropping out as that just ended our season?

As HKR have called time on their season due to covid is that any different from Cas calling off games due to the same thing? If Catalan are awarded the points for the HKR non game would we be awarded the points from the Cas game?
Ps I have no idea how either scenario effects the table.
