| That becomes a bit more of a realistic proposition as fellow WBSLR clubs Wakefield and Hull KR both registered wins today.

| How are Yorkshire doing today in the cricket? Good job Joe Root has gone back to his proper team so won't lead the fight back with the bat.

| Probably.
Leeds will then have unfavorable fixtures against super league teams they have already lost to in the middle 8's. Could end up in the million pound game. Then it's a one off game where anything can happen. Can Leeds get relegated?

The positive for Leeds finishing 12th is that the Middle 8's are a fresh start as all points accrued after 23 rounds are wiped and reset to zero.
I think it's between Leeds and Hull KR who finishes bottom.

| They very much can.
Out of the remaining fixtures only Widnes and Salford at home and Hull KR and Wakey away can i see us possibly getting anything from. That is another 6/8 points max imo and only if we can improve considerably on Thursdays performance.
The other games are Wigan x2 , Warrington , Hull FC all away and Catalans at home, really can't see us getting owt from them.

Possibly. Widnes seem on a rapid decline in comparison to early season whereas hull kr are currently more steady, picking up the odd win here and there.

| Without a doubt they can....
As many have said, where is the next win coming from?
Any semblance of regrowing confidence in a close win or in close defeats is back in serious freefall...even with the return of our supposed talisman. It will again take time to rebuild that confidence - if the coach could train or inspire them sufficiently enough (ahem!) - and that time they just aint got.

| Well you'll probably pick up 2pts next week because we are seriously bad, it's a good job we fell over the winning line a few times earlier in the year or we'd undoubtably be in the bottom 4.

On what basis have you got us winning only one of our remaining 9 games? Have you not seen us play in the last two months!
We've won 8 of our last 9 matches...our only defeat against Hull where we went toe to toe with who I believe to be the best side in the comp at present...
We have a very healthy squad injury wise with only really Bill Tupou and Scott Moore missing yesterday....Tupou being back fit and waiting his turn and Moore served his two match suspension (although could pick up another ban tomorrow?)....we've players chomping at the bit to get a shirt...
The spirit in the camp is probably better than any side on the league as proved in the last quarter of the game yesterday to see off the league leaders...
I'll be astounded if we only go on to win one more game...lets hope other teams keep dismissing us like that though!

Leeds will beat Catalans, Salford, Wakefield, Widnes, and Hull KR. They won't get anything out of the others. Wakefy will beat Hull KR at home, and that is it.

I am sorry it upsets the Wakey fans, but how about letting the fixtures play out and see what happens? I have pointed out Leeds horrendous points difference, and how that could be a decider, so not exactly saying we will finish above Wakey. However, I do not think Wakey will win any of their games except Hull KR at home, and were it away I don't think they would do that. If they do, you can come back on then and gloat about it.

The more likely outcome at the moment, is Leeds go on to lose all their remaining games and Wakefield win most of there's.
This is indeed a Crisis.

Wakefield have Cas at home last match of the season not away.
We will more than one game out of that lot just based on current form and the form of teams below us we should win 5 accepting we would lose to teams above us.
Leeds seem to be in a hole at the moment, HKR have found some form Salford are only where they are because of the points deduction. Huddersfield seem to be playing well but getting beat. All teams have dips in form but Leeds at the moment are terrible and seem to be playing worse than anybody else at the moment.

| Leeds need to win at least 4 out of their last 9 otherwise it'll be their worst SL regular season ever.
1996 being their worst record of 6 wins and 16 losses and a win percentage of 27.3%.
They have currently won 3 and lost 11 for a win percentage of 21.4%.

| Word around the campfire is Brian Mac has lost the dressing room. This is perhaps an obvious & lazy reason to come up with when looking at current form, but it's come via a couple of current SL players (one of which used to play for Leeds).
They said that Sir Kev was the glue holding everything together between players & coach, with players mostly going straight to him rather than speaking to BM should they have any issues.
BM isn't exactly the most endearing of people and is quite an abrasive, difficult character when ever I've heard him speak away from the media at functions and even at his coaching master classes.

Considering Burrow went straight to Hetherington last season to say he was going or he gets played more often, and missed McDermott out, I think there is a lot of players who do not go to Brian.
However, I am not convinced the viewpoint is the same held for all players.
