Thank you for getting us to old Trafford again. Regardless of next weeks result well done again.
However please next season can we play better all year rather than the last 5-6 weeks. Now don't get me wrong I like a roller coaster ride but not one that lasts 8 months.
Once again well done.

We'll be selling special 'Play off season tickets' next year to watch all our games in the playoffs after finishing 5th.

I really don't give a f*** about the rest of the season if we win next week. I would far rather us win the GF after an indifferent league period, than win every league game by 50 points and not win the GF.
If you're asking for both a GF and a spectacular league season, you need to reset expectations.

Oh don't get me wrong I'll take a win next week anytime. We have one the tital from top and second, so why can't we do it again. Don't think that is expecting too much.

While ever the top 8 playoff is in it's current guise you cannot fault the way Leeds approach the season. Regardless of next Weeks result McDermott has managed to get the team to peak at the correct time 2 seasons on the Trot.

To be fair nothing's won yet. Glad we have an extra day recovery but that will have taken its toll on us.

To an extent I disagree. We've reached the GF and that in itself is an achievment that is worth basking in.

I would love to see us play consistently well throughout the season. But you have to give credit to McDermott to get us in form in February, then again throughout the rounds of challenge cup culminating in a final appearance in August and then again in late sept is outstanding.

McDermott has entered 4 comps during his time as coach and reached 4 finals. Yet there are fans calling for his head on a weekly basis.

I dont think it's beyond expectations to think we should at the very least "compete" in every game we play in with this team/squad during the regular SL rounds.
Once again well done to all involved and its a massive acchievement to get to back to back CC/GF's after some poor SL efforts but i dont think that makes some of the dross we've witnessed this year unworthy of mention given the ££££ invested in ST's or that just because we have under-performed it automatically means we'll get to both finals again.

It's great to enjoy the ability of this team (how much of that is down to the coach do you think ?) raising its game when it counts.....but let's not forget the bizarre team selections, bad use of subs and rotation of forwards through the season. Get that right and just maybe Leeds will win those elusive CC medals too.

I respect the opinion of the greatest captain in the clubs history a little more than yours (and numerous others) on the subject, if i'm honest.

My faith in McDermott hasn't wavered, and I'm pleased to see Sinfield come out and say this publicly.

I never want Wigan to win, but Leeds winning tonight, makes us (saints) losing tomorrow seam like a less painful way to go, than the last 5 years.
