He looked across & got some help from his touch judge. The One and only James Child. Pretty sure it wasn't Silverwood's call.

Shocking decision but the way Warrington destroyed us and killed the game after that was a master class

That was a bad decision. Blatant if you ask me. But the penalty he got done for at the end of the first half was a bad one. Ok, not quite in the same league of obviousness, but they were the worst two calls today.

Maybe, but they controlled the game and turned the screw in a way which made it almost impossible for us to get back in the game. Credit to the opposition here for me & try to forget the officials.

I don't think it was a penalty. I can't see what he does wrong. It may be that I need the rules explianing to me , but when I played, standing still was not an offense.

It wasn't that he stood still. He deliberately stopped and checked his run right into Hall's path. It was a blatant penalty, well spotted by Roby, although a bad miss from Silverwood.

Again, stopping running is not a penalty. You can stand where you want, and if somebody runs into you, it's not a penalty. I don't understand why you think you can run into somebody that is completely stationary, and has been for a while, and it be a penalty.

He deliberately moved himself into the path of hall and then stopped & therefore obstructed him. It was pretty cynical & briers knew exactly what he was doing, hence the lack of an argument.

But again, there is absolutely nothing in the rules that says you can't do this, hence the lack of argument.

I'm on my phone now so aren't going to hunt for a link to the laws but I'm pretty sure there'll be something in there about not impeding or obstructing another player. By stopping deliberately in Hall's path that is what he did. It wasn't an accidental coming together-it was deliberate and cynical and penalised as such

I'm certain I will. You are honestly the only person ive heard (Leeds, wire, neutral or pundit) who thinks it wasn't. O Connor on sky was even saying he could have been sin binned for it
