Any score updates anyone?

40-14 with five or so left. Reports on rhinos website

Finished 40-22 to us they scored 3 times in the last 10 minutes.
Some decent suff from us and we look to have more options/runners with ball in hand.
Of course it's only a pre-season hit out so the eal test is to come but some encouraging signs and Wakey showed good spirit and desire when 40-6 behind.

Anyone know how bad jjbs injury was? It looked like 3 to 8 months. Another nasty Knee injury. But was on the pitch at the end looked heavily strapped up though

You must have some medical knowledge to be able to predict the time scale of recovery from an unknown injury on the touchline

It looked bad when he was carried off mate but i hope it wasn't as bad as a snapped cruciate.

The pitch was fine OF he seemed to be twisted in the tackle.

Certainly not the bit where he was injured.

I thought the pitch was in remarkably good condition considering the weather we’ve had and the fact the union boys had just played on it.

Thought there were some good signs today liked smith and Webb who looked alot better than last year. A player who frustrates me in watkins. Show and does some good stuff and then appears not to want to pass to his winger,

To be fair to Watkins mate he's still a kid and learn9ng after a serious injury ,he did more positive than negative today and was involved in a great try for Bjb.

Yes that probably a fair assesment, I think the issue probably is I have heard people for the last 2 years telling me he is gonna be a world beater and I personally just don't see it at the moment. Probably exspect too much from him as he seems to have been bigged up. But on the whole was pleasantly happy with most of the team

He's certainly an exciting prospect that has stacks of potential to be a class centre but "world beater" is way OTT even for me

Thought Watkins looked sharp today in spells. Look on the bright side at least he can replace Delaney. I cant stand the spaz and he is the worst centre in Super League! Even doing the minutes silence the mong was out of position!!

It looked like a nasty knee injury, the leg looked twisted at the knee. Jjb was in some proper pain. It looked like one of those where he was thinking the worst, head in hands and the like. sometimes the players know. Peacock got up and played the ball when he did his, Watkins and burrow both played on when they did theirs. Jonesy needed carrying off. Then again it could be a dead leg or nothing. I said it looked bad not that it was a fact.

Yes I do think I go expecting too much as my mates who have watched him for a long time have just made me expect too much. As before I know it's only pre season so trying not to get carried away but was quietly impressed with most of the regular 1st team players. The big difference I noticed from last year was there seemed to be more movement off the ball. Some moves clearly didn't come off but it definatley seemed more positive in attack. Where as last year I sometimes thought we looked a little static in attack, today there just seemed to be more movement and a bit more dynamic?

Cant agree with this balls! Thought delaney was good today! Look fitter than last season. Lovely hands for 2 of the trys and defended well. Made a few nice brakes too.

I struggled with the first half of the union game, thought that was dire! Then I strangley enjoyed the second half, probably as it was quite close, but I don't think I will be a regular attender at the Leeds ru games!

No need for that and Delaney had a decent match today ran strong and fed Smithy well.
