I am not doing this to accuse you who are actually decent fans, and I am not doing this to try and say Wigan fans are innocent of any wrong doing, but I have never actually heard of Wigan fans bricking anybody's coach.

Would have expected this in other places but never Leeds, i'm quite saddened this happened

I was one of these that threw a brick, didn't smash the window though.

It happens everywhere, mindless idiots are not confined to one town (mores the pity) and indeed they may not even have been RL supporters, I assume your coach was parked at the top of Beechwood Crescent, if it was you may have noticed the signs on lamp posts there warning motorists not to leave stuff in their cars as it is a "hotspot" for theft - go a couple of streets away and its fine.

As for it never happening in Wigan - it happened to me in Wigan when Central Park was still alive - Challenge Cup semi-final against Widnes in the early/mid 90's, I parked on the opposite side of the ground to where we normally did (we normally parked on that estate we called Beirut but never had any problems there), when I came back to it the drivers window was smashed, it could have been Widnes fans but a salesman in a furniture shop that I'd parked opposite told me that it happened during the game, so I'm guessing it was locals - was bloody cold driving home that night too.

I had my wagon hit by a missile in St Helens on Thursday night. I had no Rhinos regalia on but I have also not posted the incident on the St Helens forum as I am not sure if the idiots were saints fans.

If you are sure they were rhinos fans then shame on us. I reported it to the police as they have the power to maybe do something and not the forum moderators who dont have that much power in the real world.

Basically - tell the police and they will take the necessary action

She was about 18 not a little girl, had small cut on top of forehead under hairline and another woman had few cuts from glass shattered on her. Nothing too serious luckily, police were very helpful I must say.

On the BBC 606 thing there is a wigan fan saying that their coach was bricked at 23:20. Considering the game finished around half 9/9:45 ish what were they doing for nearly 2 hours? Also that long after the game its unlikely to be RL fans rather than just random p1llocks.

Write a letter to the club if you're genuinely concerned, not that they can do anything about it, it's a police matter when it's off their premesis.

it was a sarcastic thanks. didnt appreciate being left stuck in leeds for 2 hours with no food, drink, shelter or toilets as im sure the others didnt, plus we were soaked because of your "fantastic" covering of the West stand.

i have reported it to Leeds, and im waiting for a reply off them. i know its not related to one particular club. i know Wigan have idiots too i said that in the OP that we're not innocent. just think its quite pathetic and childish to brick us because Leeds lost.



oh and I do believe I saw Leeds fans leaving before the end of the game, i remember waving to them!

It's not pathetic it's scumbags that brick coaches so don't label them "fans" nor relate it to the fact that it occured because Leeds lost.

Where did this happen? I walked past where the coaches are normally parked about 35 minutes after the final whistle and there wasn't one to be seen.
