Hi All

Im wanting to buy a drum to take to the away games, no idea what type to buy & where from. Also needs to be aloud into the ground.

Could anybody help me on this?

Don't bring it to saints you won't be allowed in with it.

Iv just got a new one off ebay for away games, it will be at every away game after hull fc (as your not allowed it in)

Why stop at a drum?

Get a couple of cymbals betwen your knees, a mouth organ round your neck, tie some bells around your knee and carry a banjo.

Become an old-fashioned one man band. You never seem to see them nowadays.

The last really good one was Gavin Miller at Hull KR, and he retired years ago.

An atmosphere is banned at Knowsley Road apart from when hurling abuse at the match officials for not spotting "forward" passes.

PM Oldham Rhino - he is experienced in all matters pertaining to drumming at sports grounds. He's done a few England footie games IIRC.

There was a guy in Leeds busking as one a few months back, the last time I was there with Mrs Admiral.

IIRC outside WH Smiths and complete with token Collie Dog too ...

dont buy one, you annoy your own supporters! how ironic that i enjoyed a leeds game for the first time this year, while I was not in the near vacinity of Rhinos supporters. I will take up the secret location more often.

About time we had a drum at away matches. t'other one dissapeared a few years back and after that away games have been near enough silent.

why do we need a drum?

Because the atmos at away games seems to be going down. then at huddersfield away we used the back of the stand to bang & people started singing again. Imo a drum would be a good idea, not for every song just for a couple. (you know which one im on about loz)

Do not feed this obvious attempt at a troll, the people from her side of the pennines do not understand how to create an atmosphere at Rugby League games. They believe that creating flags which they stalk the players to sign is the way to get behind their team.
