Just watching thr game again and the second brawl was on. Don't knowif I've heard this correctly but Diskin says the reason Bailey kicked off was because there were racist remarks made.

If this is case, that's bad form! No matter what's going on and how much needle there may be, FFS it's professional sport leave that rubbish back in Aus.

My thoughts are that some racial comment was made, after Bailey kicked off rather than before. Whilst the brawl was going on, Sinfield turned in total disbelief to something that was said. I said at the time that he was shocked at something verbal rather than physical. We then heard Diskin use the word 'racial' to the referee, who gave his reason for the penalty but said that other things would be looked at after the match.

What did the referee reply "Well you'll have to sort that out after the game" to? It was after the second fight near the end, I think Sinfield said something and he got that reply from the ref.

sore losers, blame out... manly were better and there was no racist remarks... world champions no more, go sea eagles.

That's when him and Diskin said something about racism.

Okay then, there were no racist remarks made and the players were using it as an excuse. They just completely made it up.

Surely it should be there WERE no racist remarks and i'd be intrigued to know how you know.

Because someone didn't use those words that scarily came easy to you (I am worried they may have dropped off your tongue before with the ease they came mind) noone could possibly have been racist...

It was right at the end of the scuffle. The Manly number 12 was between Sinfield and Diskin & could be seen shouting towards Bailey. Sinfield & Diskin took exception to whatever he said and shouted back at him. When Diskin was pulled out by the referee he said "Sir, you can't come out with racist remarks like that". Sinfield's comments were then muffled but finished with "racial comments (or remarks) were made". The referee said ".. you guys will have to deal with that after the game, alright".
