Still learning but I've been impressed with him in an often otherwise fairly lousy Hull side.

But if you were in his position, would you stay at Leeds? He's had not one runout with the first team at Leeds, yet has shown glimpses to impress for Hull. With Hall and Donald seemingly bolted on for the starting spots, and the need to continue to give others such as Watkins the odd game, he'd be looking at very few appearances next season I'd guess. If others have seen his promise then he would get offers from other clubs and be signed for first team.

So, would you wait for a year on the promise (maybe) of Donald not being retained or the hope of an injury or two for next year, or would you move for first team rugby now? Personally, I'd leave.

Depends upon whether he takes a short term view like you have or a klonger term view.

I hope the kid doesn't get carried away. When everyone was fit he wasn't 1st choice at Hull and he should remember why they sent for him in the 1st place - as cover for their preferred players who were injured.

I agree with TVOC, he should be looking to a handful of 1st team appearances next year and a 1st team Jersey by 2011.

Me too, as long as he knows that he is still very much wanted by us im sure that he knows that the best place to gain experiance is to be out on loan playing super league either with us or on loan at another club and that he will get a fair crack of the whip.

Probably because if they made it 100 metres they would be in the wall at either end before they had chance to stop properly, such are the narrow in-goal areas.

Yes, over ninety metres with Chisholm beating Penny by the width of a vest. The York winger, Tom Lineham (who was runner up to Darren Albert in 2004, said introduction...or was that the chap from Workington?) was pretty close too and would have done better had he not been running like he had a broom handle u down his shorts.

They couldn't do it over 100 meters as they needed a 20 meter 'slow down' distance.
