Quote ="Marty Grrrrrrrrrr!"People keep saying the dual reg players can play but last year they couldn't which didn't help Hunslet one bit. I presume we have loaned 3 players because Golding, Lilley and Mullalley will be staying with Leeds. Does anyone know if the rule has changed from last year???'"
It has changed.
Whether you can play on DR during the Qualifiers is now down to how many games you played on DR during the season. That dictates whether you can play for one or both clubs in the Qualifiers.
If you've played less than 3 games on DR during the season, you can't go out on DR during the Qualifiers.
If you've played between 3 and 7, you can go on DR but once you do you can no longer play for your parent club in the Qualifiers.
If you've played 8 or more games on DR during the season, you can continue to swap between your parent club and your DR club.
I'd be surprised if Leeds let any of Golding, Lilley, Handley or Mullally go out on DR as they'll be needed as cover should they pick up any injuries during the next 7 games.
