We are in very deep trouble and need to be focussing all our efforts on getting in some semblance of shape for the very real challenges that the Middle 8s will surely bring. So what do we see on the club web site? Yet another attempt to extract cash by way of some Rhinos badged State of Origin style shirts. They are just awful and of no relevance to The Rhinos. Another way of introducing yet another shirt during a season. I am surprised that the club didn't release a shirt for the 'Tour de Yorkshire' bike race earlier this year.

While I wouldn't buy it and never really have save the odd shirt. (Still prefer my old Youngers one!). I don't really see the outrage. The club is out to make money and produces things people will buy, are they supposed to stop making and producing items till we start to play better? As person above says the business goes on regardless of results. Don't like it don't buy it. Don't understand the outrage some have no one is forcing people to purchase it

So we'll be in much better shape and playing better for the Middle 8s if the marketing department don't release a few new t-shirts? I bet if they don't open the club shop this week our players will suddenly begin to defend like the best organised defence in the world and won't miss a single tackle.

Got to love a faux outrage rant over merchandise.

Every training vest sold puts five more bricks in the new South Stand. The money lost in season tickets not being renewed has to be made up from somewhere, why not a range of badged merchandise with a spurious connection to Origin?

Could be worse we could charge £5 admission to look at them in club shop seen as we won't be going to the arena. Just think with all that wonga we could add to the likes of falloon mullally Galloway to next year's squad
