Like you, I've no idea what was actually said but Webb has received the maximum penalty for a Grade B offence. It appears McDermott (often like Webb and on this occassion Jones-Buchanan's over-eager drift) did little by way of effective defence.
I would hope the discussion between coach and player (concerning Webb's overall performance on Monday) was as equally frank and contained the words - discipline and attitude.
