If Mcdermott was to go I would settle for :

1. Daniel Anderson
2. Brian Noble (not at all bothered he coached Bradford previously)
3. Shaun McRae

Don't think this team has had it's day yet, can't be champions one year and terrible the very next, just need new input & ideas & maybe a bit more investment in the squad and we will be back up there challenging again !!!!

Graham Murray for the rest of the season ... Cheap, available and loves Leeds. Noted for developing teams with bone hard defenses.

Daryll 'Minibus' Powell ... Described by some as the architect of the 2004 league winning side and someone who's both cut his coaching teeth successfully at the lower levels and with unfinished business at Leeds.

Noble ... Lived off the shadow of Brian Smith and Matthew Elliot for long enough

McRae ... Failed to make mediocre players look nothing more than mediocre at Hull and Salford
