Why drop hood? I know McGuire was out so burrow went to 7 but Mcshane in for hood? Not super league standard

A few weeks ago he didn't look out of place in the World Club Challenge. He wasn't the only Leeds played to have a poor game today and I don't think he was the worst.

I thought he had a poor game but so did most of the team. He is still young but from watching them both a feel hood will offer us more

Mentioned it on another thread - he looked excellent against a far bigger and more physical Manly side in the WCC. I'd hope and expect BM to look first and foremost at the likes of Sinfield, Peacock and co than a still relatively inexperienced hooker. If they set a half-a*sed tone, you can't expect the likes of McShane to do much about it.
