The kick from the corner by Thurston doesn't surprise me at all. It suits his style. Much as I hate to refer to that there other game that calls itself rugby, I wouldn't be surprised if Dan Carter could put them over from some distance behind the dead-ball line. Some of his kicks have unbelievable bend on them.

iv'e seen ryan hall do it at oldham st annes before we (oulton) played them one year. he was an outstanding goalkicker in his youth team.
