Contents include a DVD , 2011 handbook , personalised calendar , keyring , radio/torch thing with no batteries ... Oh ! ! .. and a leaflet explaining the benefits of gold and silver membership .
Why is the calendar in a hard plastic DVD case and the DVD in a floppt wallet thingy ?
