In terms of the Gibson appointment, best of luck to him. I think people are far too quick to judge. He hasn't even started the role yet and people are already saying how bad at it he will be. Everybody has to start somewhere. In 20 or 30 years time it could turn out he's winning "Best Coach of All Time" after leading Leeds to countless victories in every competition. Then you'd all have egg on your face and look like idiots for jumping in with the... "What a rubbish signing" comments.

I don't believe people are saying how bad he will be, for my part I simply expressed my disappointment that we had missed the chance to bring in experience/input from elsewhere.
I wish Gibson well & hope that he does a great job.
