tried getting 3 cards charged today for the play off. told the dizzy cow our names, address,row and seat numbers and she said she had to have our individual customer numbers to access the system.
i pointed out it had never need them before and she eventually got our details. she then couldn't charge the cards due to a problem at there end and said she would post paper tickets out and we would have to pay postage.
she was told in no uncertain terms the fault was theres and they would stand the postage or they could stick next season up there rings!
