nothing to do with the loophole in question (and as said nothing in the thread, why would an englishman need a visa). what was stopped was signing players so late into the season, iirc august is the last month you can register players for the current season

Just for interest - was voted in top three second rowers in the nrl last night - not bad for you first season in nrl.
