So why in both of those seasons did you completely write them off, saying they were nowhere near as good as Saints?

What happened was that when leeds were in top form last season I basically said saints would come good and win the title.

Then what happened after I said that and made the bet?

Saints won 23 games on the trot, they won the CC, they finished top, they beat leeds pretty easily 3 times on the trot.

So I would say what I said was pretty decent foresight.

BTW theres a big difference between having an opinion another team will win, and slagging off the club and players in general.

Not everyone is single minded in that they just think leeds will win every game and that's that.
