I don’t think you was particularly out of form at the business end of the season. The truth was that you playing harder and more in form teams. For all these injuries you keep moaning about, none of them were hardly star players and a few were covered by loan signing ( that probably performed better than what was injured ). What I’m claiming is that if the regular 17 that played up to Easter was to be playing at the business end you would off still lost the same game in the same manner. All considered I really don’t think you was that unlucky with injuries. You have to consider that you are a one trick pony team, I don’t think anyone can deny that. What you fail to mention is the incredible good luck to had with star man Chase barely missing a game all year. Of course you’ll only see it through black and amber glasses and filter out the contrary evidence that doesn’t suite your bias view of the game.

WT have finally taken steps to right the wrongs in our house, for decades you've been able to plod along (even when relegated) as CT always had the safety net of having the shambolic neighbors next door. You looked good in comparison as we bumbled from calamity to calamity.

Ok then, 4 props down, 2 second rowers a centre and both wingers (all starters) - take the same number out of ANY team and you'll see just how weak they get.

For example, using them numbers if you did that to the Leeds team you would lose: Peacock, Leuluai, Bailey, Whoever the 4th prop is, Ablett, Clarkson, Jones-Bishop, Hall and Senior...tell me that isn't weakened and would effect results?

As for which games would have gone the other way, straight off the bat is the Hull KR game at the end of the season, if Cas still had a pack they would have won that game with ease and there's a number of others too, but you're too much of a deluded troll to notice that.

TBH, Wakefield have a good record against Cas in SL. Also, during the time from 2000 to 2009 Wakefield's finishing position in the league was 0.6 places better than Castleford's (if you include our time in NL1). So, where has all your unjustified paranoia come from? Both sides have been in the doldrums for the last 10 years or so. Had it been in the 1980s or 1990s when we were vastly superior to you, I could have understood this, but recently we've been fairly evenly matched.

Prime examples of bravado we've seen on here have been:

Totally disagree and iam a Trin supporter. Why would they be scared? They will keep on doing what they do with confidence they will (possibly

Trin are only just coming back around so we need to be cautious as to our ambitions too (but iam confident of improvement as we could not regress after last season). If you seriously think we're a one-trick pony team, then you don't know a thing about Cas Tigers - Chase has rightly taken a lot of the limelight (and I suppose that having read the papers and listened to the commentators, all you're doing is recycling the hearsay), but with players like Huby, Arundel, Clark, Orr, Milner, good kicker in Dixon, Emmitt, Owen, Ferres, Walker we've clearly got one or two players who can produce the goods. However, why let facts get in the way of a good soundbyte?

You still can't back up your speculation (labelled as "FACT"icon_wink.gif and you still fail to show that you understand anything about Castleford's performance last year. Your arguments are wafer-thin and simply don't hold up to the lightest of scrutiny. a) our performances weren't ridiculously bad last season - they were about as bad as we expected them to be, given the position we started in and the scratch squad we had assembled; that's why beating you at your place and Shudds at ours were met with such enthusiasm.
