Outline PP was approved in 2007.

Full PP was submitted in December with approval expected in 13 weeks although could be as early as 6-8 weeks.

Same Council, different projects. However, it wasn't the Council that called in Wakefield's stadium plans. In fact, the Council have been wholly supportive of both projects. They just don't have the financial clout to build both.

Should go through as outline PP was granted and the plans should fall in line with the outline PP.

Outline permission is granted subject to a condition requiring the subsequent approval of one or more reserved matters.
Meaning it's a reserved matters application.

The Reserved Matters application will upgrade the Outline PP to Full PP. Once it's approved, we can build. Simples.
