Basically, at Round 27, you three worst weekly scores are struck from your total for the regular season meaning your final score will be the sum of your best 24 entries. Because of this you can either choose to miss three weeks of the regular season and still have a competitive total, or keep going right through and drop three 'off weeks', the choice is yours. The idea is that over a long season people go on holiday or forget, etc - the strikes help to keep them interested.
From next week (assuming I can make the php modification in time) your three worst scores so far will be displayed on your personal stats page for reference. That'll give you an idea of what you're looking to better on a rolling weekly basis, although the strikes won't be removed from your regular season total until the end of the year.
Does that make sense? If so I'll repeat the above on the main page... |
