too much pace and power for you super league boys

you never know though cas are a good team this year and have some very good players so they will get a load of points.

fax have a quality attack and if we can get close to the line enough times i think we can convert a few of them into points.

the kicking game for us will be crucial we need to make sure we turn them around with the kicks and we try and make some 40-20 kicks.

with the attack we have got if we get to there line a few times i really think we can score some points.

i wouldnt rule out my score yet.

I remember when you were top of NL1 and went to Bradford in the cup you were pretty damn confident, why can't we been the same? We haven't lost a game yet, are playing with great confidence and style, the best in years and the fans are realising this and are coming back.

Well, looking at those figures it's debatable whether you've attracted 2000 Halifax fans yet but your attendances do seem to be improving at last. Looked a pretty decent turn-out at Fev as well and hope the Capper experience didn't put you off returning to 'these here parts' on Saturday.

That will be due to the massive travelling contingent of fans from Doncaster, Gateshead and Batley who must have brought 100 between them.

I agree. If we finish within 20 I will see that as a win taking into consideration the fact that Cas are full time and have a salary cap ( and therefore, probably, a wage bill ) which is more than 3 times ours.

Damn right. We can be mentally (and defensively) fragile and Fax look good enough to capitalise on any complacency so a couple of early scores for you guys and anything could happen. However I suspect we'll be switched on after some recent indifferent performances and that we will ease home by around 16 points.

Thankfully the quarter final draw won't.

I'll be concerned if Fax run in 26 points.

With Owen and Netherton out it'll be interesting to see how TM lines us up.

You'll capitalise on a lot of our own mistakes I would imagine. With lobbing the ball around a lot it can also end up on the floor a lot.

Pretty much what i would want but start jones at hooker and make sure bring on westy at 6, i would like to see thompson in there as well.
