the shirt will have a big sticker over the main sponsor due to the club not doing things in the correct manner , again ! I know the clothing industry pretty well and this will look a mess aswell as being impossible to wash above 30oc ,oh and forget ironing it !!!!

We're having the same thing, but thats people complaining about the colour of ours.

I was alittle surprised when the lady in the shop said both home & away shirts will have the iron on sponsor.

It can't be helped i guess and well done to the club for finding a replacement sponsor, it just makes an excellent looking home shirt into just a good looking shirt.

If the iron on sponsor is done well i will still probably get the new shirt, but done badly we will have the same problems like West Ham United? had a few years ago, in that the old logo could still be seen through the new one.

Surely the away one won't be affected as much if that isn't released till the new year?

i tell you boys what, considering its just been knocked up as a replacement, even the probiz iron trumps every shirt in the league, you still have a brilliant shirt!

The metrel looked way better. Even the metrel logo looked a bit like the hicksons one on the 86 kit.

I wonder if I can buy a metrel one before they get ruined with the iron on blue and white banner

I asked about that in the shop, told the away shirt have all been made too. Might look abit better if the probiz logo was in black & white.

I have had a look at the new shirt in the shop today, you can just see the Metrel logo underneath the Probiz iron on when you hold the shirt up towards the light.

This doesn't bother me too much,the only problem i have is whether the iron on sponsor will come off after a while as it doesn't seem to be a good quality job. I am comparing it to a similar logo on my 4 year old N.S.W shirt though,which is the best shirt i've ever had in terms of quality. Afraid to say my money will be staying in my pocket

you do know that if you buy it, the logo cracks or messes up in anyway, youll be able to ask for a refund or get it exchanged!

If it's true you can only see it through light, don't know what the fuss is to be honest. Unless you're a walking lightbulb no-one is going to notice. In addition to this, if the new sponsor label does come off.

Went to buy a shirt today but imo you can clearly see the print underneath. Decided to keep my money in the end. Hopefully when the new batch arrives (if that ever happens) then i'll get one.

I heard a story the other day that another RL team did the same with the sponsor change a few years ago. They went one step better than Cas though. Each time they sold a shirt, they game the buyer an iron on transfer of the new sponsors logo...it was then up to them if they wanted to cover up the old sponsor or not. LOL

Been in club shop today to buy the new home shirt, sorry but i aint buying it when you can see the other sponsor through it.
Was advised to wait till new year as there may be some other stock that is of a better quality.
Asked about the away shirt,i now know which previous shirt it is modeled on,so i will wait for that at the end of Feb.

Is it the 86 change strip, and if so has that also got the Metrel logo on, I was told that all shirts had been made and were just awaiting release. I was also told the only thaing that may improve was the coverup patch, Really big cock up this with the best shirt we have had for years.
