we should be ok for the first hour. but you being full time will tell on us in the last 20 mins. i hope i'm wrong. either way it should be a cracking game some good banter a good crowd and a bag full of points.

Is it me or are predictions getting WAY too specific these days?

I have to admit I'll be rather disappointed with our defence if we concede three tries or more.

Nah.

By 17 minutes we should be 3 tries and 2 conversions in front. Evans and Shenton will get the first tries on 6 minutes and 11 minutes respectively. Dicko will kick the first but miss the second by 4 inches. Goldy will score the third after passes between Shifty, Chase, Faumuina and the final ball to McGoldrick will send him over down the far right hand side. Dixon will add his third conversion after hitting the left hand post.

Just a rough prediction.

Bonzo our defence has more holes than a colander at times, id be surprised if Fax don’t score more than 3 try's.

I would love to see the completely freaked out look on your face if that actually happened.




Some days our defence is abysmal and others I've been genuinely impressed with it. It was very good at times last week too, but there's always that fear that we're weak in our own 20. That said, if we cut out the stupid penalties, hold the ball and get the kicking game right; we needn't have to visit our own 20 all that often.

think our forwards will be too strong hence not allowing fax many attacking oppurtunities,
also the class of chase sherwin and raz mac should be enough to get us over the line enough times for a comfortable victory...

Going by his photograph you'd think he'd be hard to miss.

Got to agree with that score and the reasons for it, not sure about the crowd though. More like 6.5k for a saturday evening I reckon.

too much pace and power for you super league boys

you never know though cas are a good team this year and have some very good players so they will get a load of points.

fax have a quality attack and if we can get close to the line enough times i think we can convert a few of them into points.

the kicking game for us will be crucial we need to make sure we turn them around with the kicks and we try and make some 40-20 kicks.

with the attack we have got if we get to there line a few times i really think we can score some points.

i wouldnt rule out my score yet.

I remember when you were top of NL1 and went to Bradford in the cup you were pretty damn confident, why can't we been the same? We haven't lost a game yet, are playing with great confidence and style, the best in years and the fans are realising this and are coming back.

Well, looking at those figures it's debatable whether you've attracted 2000 Halifax fans yet but your attendances do seem to be improving at last. Looked a pretty decent turn-out at Fev as well and hope the Capper experience didn't put you off returning to 'these here parts' on Saturday.
