You're talking chump and can't even carry on your own debate. You were talking about Rangi not signing a contract extension, I explained there was no need to since he's contracted until 2013. Arguing over something else now to try and win a pathetic argument. Get a grip you bitter man.

I've missed 4 games (max) this year my friend. In answer to your other question, as we have a recognised hooker in Buderus, it makes sense to have Burrow on the bench (or McGuire on the bench is Rob starts) as they are more all-round utility players. McShane is a specialised hooker and far less effective in other positions than Burrow. Should, as we are to believe, Buderus leaves us at the end of this season, McShane will directly replaces him and, ceteris paribus, Burrow (McGuire) will continue to operate as they are doing.
Is that OK for you?

So far as I understand it Matterson simply decided to go with Milner & Hudson ahead of him.
Its one of them conundrum's that you occasionally get with Matterson that I've not been able to work out. For the first half of the season Clark seemed to get better and better and Matterson seemed happy to put him in the side. I thought that the way he was improving he would be our 1st choice hooker by the end of this season. But as the season has gone on Matterson seems to have used him more sparingly.
It seems now that whenever we're playing a side where we anticipate having to do a lot of defence, he prefers to go with Milner but if its a game where we are hopeful of picking up the win and maybe attack will be more crucial to us he is prepared to go with Clark.
I guess you have to remember he's only just 18 and Matterson is maybe just being wise in not over-exposing him, but I felt a game like yesterdays was crying out for that attacking threat and speed from dummy half that Clark could have brought off the bench.

Clark wouldn't have had any success from dummy half yesterday...the Leeds markers were never square at the play the ball all game and they never got penalised
According to the stats Milner made 46 tackles yesterday...more than anybody else on the field so the coach was justified in his choice of hooker. Clark is a real talent though and i hope we can tie him up on a long deal

| Rangi Chase was brilliant yesterday, a real threat at all times. It kept Leeds' defenders busy keeping the shackles on him. That really should have left a void for another Cas playmaker to step up into, and it was a relief as a Leeds fan that neither Orr nor McGoldrick seemed willing or able to do that.
I'd love to think Rangi Chase would be signing for Leeds, in truth however he's the new Lesley Vainikolo - a rumour that won't go away despite having no evidence that it has its basis in any sort of fact. I'm sure he'll be at Cas next year.
Additionally, I thought your pack were awesome today, particularly the props and especially Jackson who got through a mountain of work. I really felt for them at the end of the game. Some young lads in there as well who will get a lot out of the experience. If Cas hang onto most of those young lads, I don't think this will have been their last chance at a big final by any means.

Totally agree there. Another example of the inconsistent referreeing. Ironically I believe he only gave 1 penalty for markers not being square and that was against Cas...

Ok why burrow at Hooker off bench and not mcshane ? you are forgetting about possibly this rumour of adding Chase to the squad so how does the Burrow / mcguire thing operate as they are now ??

It explains perfectly well why Burrow spells at hooker from the bench and not McShane - cause Rob is more of a utility player so can drop back to the halves when/if he's on at the same time as Buderus. This gives us far more options. If McShane was on the bench, it would only be effective having either himself or Buderus on the pitch as McShane doesn't possess the skills (yet?) to make an impact in other positions. McDermott obviously doesn't think it will benefit us to have two recognised hookers in the 17.
My argument was highlighting that we have no need for Rangi Chase in our squad, that and the fact it's the worst rumour I've heard since Sinfield was (maybe still is ) going to Wire - that's why!

Please, go ahead and convince me why we need two specialised hookers. After all, it worked so well last year with Diskin and Buderus.

Do we need to know more about the visa implications of the verdict/sentence before rejoicing too much about the possibility of his imminent return?

| Next year is his 4th year in the country so he can become a British citizen, right?
So would this 10k fine have an effect on that as well as a visa (if he decided having dual-citizenship is worth it, that is)

Is that right? Is it because NZ's in the Commonwealth?
I've got a mate at work who's Russian. He's been here 6 years, has 2 kids born here and has indefinite leave to remain, but can't apply for a passport for another year.
