Cas told him where to go when he was after the club taking a loan off of him and handing over the database with all the ST holders details on, and rightly so.

Still, I'm sure you're happy with your club accepting the same deal.

I don't know what the ins and outs of the deal was but he did offer a substantial amount of money for your new stadium to be built I also would think that a company like there's would want something in return and if all he wants is my name and address I will let him have it he could get it anyway if he wanted so what was the problem as long as you were told

But it wouldn't have been built.

The terms were unacceptable and the price was too high, lets be sensible here, do you think anmyone would just give up a club to an unknown, i certainly wouldnt not with out safeguards,

Look he might be good and do lots of things with Fev, all im saying is read what he stated at Cas, Now alll of a sudden its changed, he didnt even want to cough up the final instalments of his sponsorship at cas, be careful, im sure the cappers management are too wise to sucker his antics.

But ignoring cas and fax, ask yourselves why the Goons got shut, Now they are one of the most sucessful clubs in RL, why once he had bitten and sponsored them, would they let him go, think about it. Why has the RFL not brought him on board in a bigger way ?

One player told me about when they were all invited to a place at Rothwell where all drinks etc were put on for them by him, only to have the doors shut and a so called presentation given to them on what he was going to do for them and why they should move there accountancy and other matters solely to his firm, the players didnt sucker this "time share type pressure sell" and the pet lip came out,

He reeled the Cas fans in hook line and sinker, he got a standing ovation last season at Wheeldon road when we beat you. Don't be calling the fev lot for believing his hype as all you're doing is speaking from experience, a lot of Cas fans thought he was the saviour of the club despite many others telling you to be wary as it all sounded too good to be true

As far as I know he offered to loan us money for the stadium not give, big difference and as for him wanting database of season ticket holders I'm glad they didn't I for one have enough rubbish coming through my letter box as it is. But it's also illegal data protection and all that.

No its not illegal the things to consider are like anything else you buy or give your details for its the littel box agreeing with DP i.e.e would you allow your details to given to other carefully selected companies. Information has to be relevant and timely etc.

Thank GOODNESS Cas never took a 'loan'. Fail to meet finacial obligations and your in administration.
Having said that 'Take the money and run' seems like not a bad idea after recent events!

indeed , any equity fev have in anything will have already been borrowed against and by the time superleague 2014 comes round theyll have to pay naboo interest on amount per inch the pitch slopes !!!

I am struggling to see any value in this being on a Cas forum now.

I hope it works out for Fev and the world changes for them, I mean that as sincerely as I hope Wakey beat Leeds in the semi's. Genuinely I prefer my victories as victories and can't delight in the potential damage of others.

Faisal had a failed relationship with us, maybe he is going in to this one slightly differently and that might make the outcomes different. Good luck to him and them for at least trying and daring to dream.
