I suffered a similar injury (from what I have seen) when I was 19. 6 weeks in plaster but back playing at amateur level in 12 weeks.

Awful news about Richard but not surprised at Sherwin as he's had bad luck with injuries since he's been here. Sherwin will be gone at the end of the season.

I'm not sure if Cisse had the same injury as Owen has.

Not surprised about the double fracture as both bones were bound to go from what I say on the replay. However it may not be a season ender, depends on the severity of the breaks.

Terrible injury and really bad luck for Richard Owen, I hope his recovery goes well and he's back playing for Castleford as soon as possible.

I think Cisse broke his tib and fib in his right leg, came back and then broke his tib and fib in his left - some pretty bad images if you care to google it.

Good luck to Richard, I'm sure he'll be back. No point in rushing things, may as well write of this season and have a good preparation in the off season for next year.
