I don't think he's suited to full back at all,he's not very good under the high ball and his positioning as a full back is very poor imo.
I think that Goldy would be best suited at 13 as he needs to be nearer the action where he can influence the game more,he would also get plenty more ball in hand |

TBH I think the style of play now a days has the taken the onus off the full back to take high balls and it's the wingers that are more under threat from the 'up and under'. I am not saying he is a polished full back, but I think he is more dangerous coming into the line rather than being in the mix. He also brings the ball back well from kicks. I get the feeling that there's 'too many cooks' when he plays in the middle when Sherwin and Chase are playing 6 & 7. |

I understand what your saying about Mcgoldrick, but i prefer Richard Owen at fullback and the Chase - Sherwin half back partnership, so its a question of where does he fit in when all 3 are playing. |

Aye, I'd agree with that apart from spend his wage and quota spot on a good Aussie prop or winger.
Then again, McGoldrick does provide cover in the halves for the almost inevitable injury-enforced absence of Sherwin..... |
