Things are still outside of the control of the club and they are just as frustrated as fans. But the situation is in the supermarket's court and obviously their need isn't as pressing as ours.

Plus what is quite amusing is that people are STILL criticising RW even though the person quoted in the article is Andrew Duncan from Opus.

People need to understand: THIS IS NOT CAS IN CONTROL, it is Opus. Opus are the ones putting the money in and controlling the project.

How is WR coping with all this rain? As its been the wettest April on record I would have thought any danger of flooding would have been evident - if not then the doubts about the 'flood risk' must have been alleviated for prospective purchasers?

When I went down other week it was fine.

I'm guessing that RW is still part of the committee and hence if the committee is professionally managed, RW 'should or would' have been consulted before releasing a statement which would later reflect upon the committee and the club its self. Having made promises and failed to deliver on so many prior occasions, RW's involvement will always be under the spotlight.

However we are all braced for the 'excuse' that they will try and pass on to us as yet another 'reason' for further delays. Perhaps it will be Andrew Duncan who will deliver the excuse this time to take a bit of heat off RW??

Opus are paying for the pp for their development of WR, if that goes ahead then the ground will be sold to them and we move on.
TBH I see no sense in this stadia madness cos I believe both Cas and Wakey will be ejected from the bent private members club in the not too distant future to get it down to 12 or to make room for another bout of expansion madness.

Whatever the truth is about who or how many will represent the WF postcode in SL, both clubs have promised the RFL they will deliver.
Will it be us, you, Fev two from three or all three? Will it be none?
Don't fool yourself Cas are chasing the stadium ghost as much as we are, with no more guarantee of not playing in front of 2500 die hards, and sadly that is the future and we are all in it.

It is Opus's project - they are the ones buying the land to develop the stadium, therefore, they are paying for the submission of the planning application.
