Are you serious? Should players not celebrate just coz the opposition fans are unhappy? Opposition fans, kind of by definition, are never going to be happy.

No they had every right to celebrate. What they dont have the right to do and should be punished for is mocking and laughing at the fans.

Yes they can celebrate but not taunt the opposition fans which is what 2 cats players did.

You didnt see our players taunting the huddersfield fans last week they celebrated with each other and with there own fans.

I don't condone throwing the bottles but without CCTV in the ground you can't see he threw em, which is a shame because they aren't fans of this club.

It was the steward who kicked it back and hit the woman. As i said, we complained to the head steward and also asked richard wright about it who stated the steward had been dismissed and wouldn't be seen at the club again. I also asked bout CCTV to show the Cats player taunting and gesturing to the crowd before the bottles are thrown but i was told they dont have any.

Yep, they were asked about installing CCTV and Richard Wright said there was no point because it'll be in the new stadium



That must have been a different bottle too because a few people who went to the match said they clearly saw a Catalan player throw a bottle into the crowd.

Having been at the game and at the WRE when the plastic bottles were being thrown all I can say is that the so called supporters who thrw them should be banned! The first bottle was thrown before the Cat's player started clapping the crowd. Is it worth going to watch the Tigers get beat at home all the time (other than 2 wins)...probably not. Being involved with mindless morons who call themselves fans.....definitely not! Discount season ticket anyone?

No I dont travel to south of france every week. I did however go to catalan away. I could actually afford to go that distance each week. I like how you presumed I couldnt afford to go and answered a question when you dont even know me.

We are going down the road of Footy Fans in the 70*s the way it*s going.It will be No beer on sale in the ground just because some people can*t take their ale.

These threads never ever actually go anywhere. There will be the odd decent post hidden away amongst all the crap, but generally these threads are a total waste of space. Most will agree that things like bottle throwing and other yobbish stuff shouldn't be at any RL match, but we'll all still argue with each other over nothing in particular, with the odd bit of name calling finished off with "our stadium will be built before yours".

Yeah, it usually involves one of the following:

1) Yay, we played well.
2) Boo, hiss, we lost. The referees not a very nice man.
3) Our stadium's gonna be built before yours.
4) Locked.
